- 1. Banana Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp pure honey
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of clean ice
- Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal (as desired)
- 2. Mixed Berry Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp pure honey
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of clean ice
- Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal (as desired)
- 3. Choco Banana Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of clean ice
- Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal (as desired)
- 4. Green Tea Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 1 tbsp green tea powder
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of clean ice
- Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal (as desired)
- 5. Mocha Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp coffee powder
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of clean ice
- Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal (as desired)
Steps & Instructions
- Preparation & Blending Steps
- Prepare all ingredients of the selected smoothie recipe.
- Put all ingredients into the blender.
- Add clean ice and blend until completely smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with Khaokhunmae Rice Cereal as desired, and serve immediately.
